At Decker Yeadon, we focus on how new material technologies can enable us to address the significant problems of our time. In particular, we are pursuing design applications for smart materials and nanotechnology that can offer innovative solutions to a variety of problems, including: water and energy conservation, health and safety, and security.

The firm's founding partners, Martina Decker and Peter Yeadon, are both committed to balancing research and practice. Although both trained as architects, the scope of their works -- from art installations and consumer products, to civic memorials and buildings -- represents a penchant for interdisciplinary work that extends the conventional boundaries of architectural practice.
